Customer Feedback

SFC Group has a firm commitment to consult with our customer’s to find out what they think about our products and service.
This feedback forms a vital part in shaping and influencing the way we deliver our business and also ensures that SFC are positively contributing to the customers’ overall experience of the event    itself.
Our 2010 survey programme, which included Aintree and Twickenham, asked 275 customers for their thoughts on the presentation of our catering outlets, customer service, product quality and cost price.
Our customers were extremely happy with the presentation of our new all electric semi-permanent outlets and the majority rated our customer services as excellent. 
Although some of the customers’ commented on the price of products, the majority rated the quality of the food as very good or excellent.   In light of the recent economic downturn, SFC have absorbed some of the recent market increases and reviewed the retail   tariff for 2011 to ensure that customers can still enjoy the event and venue they are visiting.
As a result of customer feedback, SFC has recently improved their queue management system and also trialled a new type of cheesy chip experience.
To ensure that our menu offers good quality choice for all the family, we also asked a further 267 customers’ if there were any other products they would like to see on our outlets.

DiVINE Rebranding

The creative brief issued by us was to ‘push the brand forward by means of including images relating to the products used, to review and confirm our ethical and sustainable sourcing whilst providing a clear and concise menu description.'

We recognise the value of a fresh look for the DiVINE brand whilst staying relevant to the history.

The DiVINE brand encompasses everything from customer perception and experience to quality, customer care, retail environments and more .......... Each catering outlet is to have a full wraparound top sign, which has increased in size. The latest vinyl printed imagery is to replace the current artwork.
